Billy’s journey has been marked by a passion for leading people into God’s presence and equipping them to live as lights in the world.
His work as a pastor and musician has always returned to the same center: the Gospel of Jesus and the transformation that follows a life surrendered to Him.

The search that became PHOS
Billy had always shared the Gospel, but a deeper study of the word phos—light—reshaped his understanding of what it means to be light in the world.
What began as an enthusiastic biblical search took root in his heart and unexpectedly became the inspiration for this book. The result was a fuller surrender to the believer’s role as an ambassador of Christ.
